Restoration and extension of historic panelled dining rooms, with new bar and back-of-house within a heritage fabric.
The challenge
Existing panelling with no consistent module, protected finishes requiring conservation approval, and a member-facing programme that could not slip past the season.
Our delivery
Original sections were recorded, removed and reinstated by our joinery team, with new work matched by hand from approved samples. Services were threaded through surveyed voids to avoid disturbing protected fabric.
Outcome
New and restored joinery are indistinguishable at handover; the club reopened on schedule.
