A European maison's first London flagship, delivered within a listed envelope on a fixed brand launch date.
The challenge
Brand-critical interfaces specified to a 1mm tolerance, a listed façade with restricted working hours, and a stone package sourced from two quarries with differing lead times.
Our delivery
Pre-construction resolved every material junction through sample benchmarking before mobilisation. Stone was dry-laid and approved off site; bronze framing was surveyed digitally against the as-built shell to eliminate site adjustment.
Outcome
Handed over ahead of the brand launch with zero outstanding finish defects on the client's snag register.
